Ocean Bloom Books, founded in November 2021 is a woman led Indian books publication house.
Their first book Business Baby was a financial literacy book for children which was also a Socially inclusive, gender neutral and globally relevant book. An idealogy that flows through in everything that OBB stands for.
OBB makes books on rather unique concepts with a vision to bring about a change and fill the gaps in the market. For instance, books on business, money, professions for children in a way they understand and enjoy.
Not only this, OBB believes that childhood is the foundation of the mindset and perspective for each individual. And so setting the right examples and depicting a world where there is acceptance for all ethinicities, shapes, sizes and genders is of utmost importance. For this reason, each illustration in OB books are made with immense thought and keeping in mind these values.
Lastly, OBB makes books for the global audience. Today the world is really like a big metropolitan city. That is why with equality in all forms and global perspective is also very important. OB books try to portray everything in this light.
