Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within India.

Processing and Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days

  • Business days do not include Sundays or public holidays

  • Dispatch timelines may vary during high demand periods or special launches

Delivery

  • Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and the destination

  • We use trusted logistics partners to ensure safe delivery

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer

Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellations are not allowed once an order has been placed

  • Please review your order carefully before completing payment

Since our books are processed and packed shortly after ordering, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances

  • This includes but is not limited to:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect selection of product

    • Delay in delivery caused by courier partners

    • Refusal to accept delivery

All sales are final.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the case of damaged products.

Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange is allowed only if:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition

  • The exchange request is raised within 3 days of delivery

  • The product is unused and returned in its original condition

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please email us at oceanbloombooks@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the order with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or video showing the damage

  • A brief description of the issue

Requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Exchange Process

  • Once the damage is verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • We do not offer exchanges for reasons other than damage

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products that are not damaged

  • Products reported after 3 days of delivery

  • Products that show signs of use or mishandling

  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Important Notes

  • Minor variations in printing, colour, or finish are not considered damage

  • Packaging damage without product damage does not qualify for exchange

  • We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the claim does not meet the above conditions
